Back on August 20, 2011 I cleaned my MAP sensor, at 52,605 miles. At the same time I performed the ORM. My sensor looked every bit as crusty as the ones in SirSam's noob guide (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=54207) and OLD NAVY's tech report (viewtopic.php?f=98&t=22630). I don't know if it had ever been cleaned before, I am not the original owner, but I doubt it.

One month later, September 24, 2011, with 55,031 miles, I installed the GDE HOT tune and undid the ORM.

Hadn't touched the MAP sensor since then.

Yesterday (January 21, 2013) I decided to clean it again, since it's been a while. The Jeep now has 73,274 miles on it. went out and was pleasantly surprised, this is the unretouched photo of what it looked like BEFORE cleaning.

I do not have a provent, EHM, or anything else. So I am a true believer it the GDE tunes for more than just the power and fuel economy. :D

Kudos to Green Diesel Engineering.

GDE full torque here for 35k miles with clear clean oil all the way to 5k miles, and if I may add. I have the f37 TC, and believe it or not, I have not even have shrudders.

Like I said in the past, the oil going through the intake would remove the carbon build up from pre tune, it looks like the CCV oil is doing a good job cleaning things up. I wont be pulling my MAP until an OBD scans says it is bad.
