How soon kind of depends on what your annual driving mileage is. Jeep says 100,000 miles; Gates says 6 years or the mileage recommended by Jeep. I'm retired and don't drive lots of miles annually so IMHO go with 6 yrs or 100,000 miles whichever is first which in my case is like 48,000 miles in which case I'm unlikely to worry about idlers, tensioner and WP as long as they are solid. So at 75,000 if you drive a lot and will get close to 100,000 in 12 months or so change it then but if it's going to take several years to get to 100,000 change it soonish.
