Post subject:  help again

i start my crd it fires up just fine turn if off try to start immediatly acts like it has no fuel so far ive changed fuel head and filter cam sensor i dont now what else to do its not throwing any codes there is absolutly no air in the lines any ideas??

Did you bleed the fuel filter?

edit: SORRY! I didn't read your whole message before saying that. Now we wait for people who know much more then I do to chime in...

Ok...Not to be a smart A, but how do you know there is no air in the lines? Do you have a clear hose to look for bubbles? I installed one when i had a air in fuel problem. this is to be temp use only.

Air in fuel does not through a code. Be sure the filter is tight and was installed correctly with the provided seals? The old seals were removed correct? Sometimes the hose clamps cut into the hoses and lets air in. If you suspect? you can trim a inch off the hoses and reinstall them. Bleed bleed bleed.

I second bleeding the heck out of it. Also dont tighten down the sensor on the bottom of the fuel filter to tight otherwise it can leak fuel passed the seal.

x3..... a lot of air is hard to get out.
