I have seen Jake Brakes on RV equipment sites, but the Jake Brake is illegal to use in/near lots of towns around the US due to the noise it makes. The other problem is that real estate on the CRD is not plentiful. |

You cannot put an original jacobs engine brake on our tractor. Those operate the exhaust valves on the compression stroke. As for an exhaust brake, not sure if I would and to risk floating valves with too much back pressure. Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2 |
