Hi I need a tech heads help Sometimes when I start the old girl I get both the esp and abs light lit on the dash and a warning chime? They both go out and all runs ok, she returns 31-33 when looking at the hud display on a run and 25 around town. I've had it checked by my dealer with no stored codes, I have an OBDII reader and that does not show any either. Over to you guys UKLIBERTY |

A common issue. If you search here you'll see that many, including myself, have had breaks in the wiring harness portion that feeds the passenger side rear wheel wheel speed sensor. Mine was intermitten for a long time before the wire broke completely clean. |

have you changed anything.. maybe like the crankcase venting? I tried this..but didn't get it quite right..too much restriction at first.. my wife jeep ran fine but at time would act like a pin ball machine...lots of lights and bells/buzzers. even the security system led( we don't have this package) would light.. I removed the CCV filtering I added and just dump to free air.. all gone..3yrs and running.. -dkenny |
