Looks like I've got a crack in the web between adjacent intake and exhaust valves on the head of the #2 cylinder. Checking into weld repair options at the moment, but I'm not too hopeful at the moment. Anybody have a serviceable head laying around that they would like to get rid of? Thx, John |

As you well know our heads are aluminum on a cast block. Aluminum in general isn't the best welding medium, especially cast aluminum. I would not recommend welding. LMWatBullRun probably has a line on the ARP studs you're going to need. I haven't seen anyone advertising a head, but that doesn't mean they aren't out there. Good Luck. |
