Sold the CRD, thanks to every one on the forum for their help and insight, I was lucky and never had a major issue with the CRD which I give credit to this forum with all of the preventive measure I was able to take. I will sleep good tonight not having to worry about the possibility of broken rockers, timing belts, and blown turbos. Its been replaced with an 08 Unlimited Rubicon... I know I know I joined the bandwagon.

Well, IMHO, a Rubicon is a Jeep built the way a Jeep should be built. For my purposes, I haul few passengers so I would have gone with a straight Rubicon and an off-road trailer.

Now you've got a capable off-road vehicle. . . are you going to really get out on the terrain???

If not, a G Cherokee. . . or Honda CRV would have done just as well.

It will definatley get used, when I was stationed in San Diego I had a TJ I built did pretty much everything in SoCal including the hammers. We live in Colorado now so I am in the mountains and about 3 hours or so from Moab. The Rubicon will serve its purpose :)

I would have kept the Liberty before going to a Grand Cherokee :) The Liberty actually really impressed me the last trip to Moab, went up Elephant hill like nothing.
