Did a quick search but did not find any prior posts. I had several codes, replaced the airbox to turbo hose and now I have P1252, references a vaccum high. Any place or common thing to check? I retraced my steps couldn't find any unplugged sensors or broken wires.

Thanks

Either one of your two plugs on your air box is unplugged (unplug and firmly re-plug them in) or your ASD relay has shorted out.

Most likely.

Pg. 3843 - 3848 in the Service Manual.

Will this cause any power loss? Seems like it shifts out of o/d a lot more.
Haven't had time to work on it , busy at work and odd schedules,...fun fun

Driving something else, gonna fix it on my time off .

Thanks

Oh yes that can definitely cause a power loss. It's P1252-VACUUM RESERVOIR SOLENOID SHORT CIRCUIT per the diagnostic codes in the 06 FSM (not included in the 05 FSM). You probably need a new boost pressure solenoid which is likely PN 4606226AC for about $45 although it's a common solenoid so alternatives should exist. You can bypass the solenoid (see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=70602&p=757348&hilit=boost+solenoid#p757348) which should give you the power back and confirm the issue. Note the comment in that post regarding allowing a few seconds for vacuum to build before "asking" the turbo to perform.

Vacuum solenoid from dodge dealership, 42$ and after a bit of driving light is out! Can't say thanks enough for the help! I switched the vaccum hoses and confirmed before before I ordered it, proving yet again how great lost jeeps is! Really hope one day to actually return some of the great help I received Here in a short time.

Just outstanding!!!!
