AFE is generally considered the best compromise between flow and protection by top diesel tuners. Same style as K&N, oiled gauze. It is what I have been using in all my diesel vehicles. DOC |

That price for the GDE turbo includes the required turbo tune and there is a discount if you already have a GDE tune although I forget how much. FYI you will need a heavy duty torque convertor (Euro or SunCoast or some such); the stock converter won't handle the power if you stomp the go pedal (instant shudder). Nice upgrade though essentially no turbo lag; lots of power; no vacuum/boost pressure solenoid to worry about. |

No difference that I can hear. That's with a stock cat and muffler. My 65 year old ears can hear the turbo whistle but usually only at lower speeds on a cold engine. Now go pedal response is vastly different. |

nice explanition...but 3.1% isn't a lot...but now to find a AFE for our jeeps or for the gaser air box |
