So when I let off the gas I have a weird shutter and vibration. Its almost like really bad warped rotors but its also causing a lot of vibration. When I step on the gas it goes away. I don't know what it is but its really frustrating.

Sounds more like drive line vibration - CV joints; drive shaft "U" joints; drive shaft slip joint sort of thing although I would not rule out motor/tranny mounts.

Anyway to check u joints? It also does it when I turn into a parking space. It has to be real slow but I really feel it then.

Vibration or clicking when turning is often CV joints. Does it do it more when turning left or right?

Drive shaft "U" joint check requires dropping drive shaft. Chat indicates you cannot do a good job of checking them on the vehicle. Don't know that I've seen a how to but should be easy or see FSM.

Feeling is the same either direction. Does it worse when just letting off the gas.

Sound like mine had the same problem a few years ago the stealer said it was the output bearing on the transfer case and u joints. Chrysler put the doo doo joints in I just put the super strenght moogs in they are greaseable and made better about 13.+ at rock auto!
