I need help my crd came with the trailer tow pkg hitch,7pin connector etc. i want to install an electric brake controller but dc doesn't offer a wiring kit i cant seem to find one on the aftermarket. I have found constant power and ground but dont want to probe the brake light switch to find the cold side (voltage only when pedal is depressed) or the color code for the electric brake pin on the 7 pin connector does anyone have a wiring diagram for the 05 crd? or installed one yourself and know all the answers??????? thanks for your help....

Yeah, basically you run power and ground off of the battery. Then you'll find the brake signal wire behind the driver's side kick panel inside a small, white plastic casing. It's in there...and it is labeled with a flag (or at least mine was). And finally the brake light you have to tap into the brown/white wire coming off the brake pedal harness.
