Not by DCJ, however, a GDE ECU tune and TCM tune will accomplish the same thing and more.

I have the FT Eco tune,is the Tcm tune worth the money and will i need a new torque converter which i plan on doing in the future before i get the hot tune.

Depends on how you drive and what you like. If you tow a fair amount then a towing TCM tune is probably good for you. If you drive a lot around town, below say 45mph, the basic TCM tune will give you a bit more mpg. If you don't like the post F37 upper shift point (ca. 63mph vs ca. 57mph) and/or want the ability to hold that upper gear/overdrive down to ca. 53 mph then the basic TCM tune is what you want.

If none of the above are true and most of your driving is hwy above 65mph then the TCM tune probably won't do much.

If you have the OEM torque converter get the EcoTune and, if you wish, the basic TCM tune and that torque converter will last just fine even with some light duty towing (brought stoutdog's 06 setup that way from AZ to FL fully loaded pulling ca. 2,000+ of loaded UHaul 5X8 trailer plus kayak on top of CRD with no problems).
