I am approaching 200k miles and will need to do my timing belt sometime in the next couple of months.

Does anyone know a CRD mechanic in SE Michigan in the Ann Arbor vicinity ho has experience with doing a timing belt?

You can also contact or PM "geordi", he is like a traveling mechanic that does Jeep CRD timing belts at your location.
He has done them all over the country and has probably done more Jeep CRD timing belts than anyone else in this country. I think he has done 50+ and counting....
