I am having a 3" exhaust fabricated for my CRD from the headpipe flange back.

Everything will be 3" SS that will be mandrel bent.

The kit will include everything accept those items that were on the stock exhaust that can be transfered over. The kit will include the head pipe with flange, flex pipe, high flow Cat, Magnaflow straight through muffler. All hanging points will be installed and band clamps will be used to hold the slip sections together.

This system will be in the ball park of $1500.00.

If you are interested let me know.

I need at least 5 folks that would pony up at this price to make it worth my while to make these kits.

And, yes, I am going to do pre and post dyno pulls to see what the increase will actually be. The person that will see the most gain is someone who is running a 50 HP box. For Sure.

But before I can go to the dyno I need to install an EGT and boost gages as those a parameters that also need to be factored in.

Not to **piss** on your parade, but $1500 would be an extremely high outlay of $$$'s for the potential gain received. I'd bet most CRD owners would rather allow their kitty to get lost than to re-install another one in its place.

I get a great discount from an exhaust wholesaler in Lexington, KY.......quite a bit better than their walk-in customers. I paid $280 for the Magnaflow #15870 Stainless Steel cat back system for my CRD......and yes, I realize it's cat back......and I only paid $443 for the Magnaflow 5" Turbo Back Stainless Steel exhaust system for my 2003 Dodge RAM 2500 CTD 4x4 with 305/555 engine.

Best of luck to you on your venture. I'd be very interested in seeing rwhp dyno numbers before & after.

Wow that is steep. Sorry but I really think you need to look around to another company to build your system. Even a 3" SS system hand made here in Germany is not that expensive.

I know it’s expensive and I will try and have it come in less but all new parts . The head pipe alone requires a flange to be made or taken from another head pipe to use. Stainless parts are considerably more expensive than steel. I feel that it will be cost prohibitive for most but, I will make mine and see how it does. I got the response that I needed to make my decision.
