With all the talk about aftermarket mufflers, Lets see how much it is really restricted. This poll is for the MAX pressure that you think will be at the muffler. I plan on putting a gauge in between the Cat and muffler this weekend to see how much it really is.

My guess is 4-5 LBS.

This is try number 2, as the first one did not work.

You really should do something more constructive with all this free time you have.

Also, exhaust back pressure is measured in inches of HG, not PSI. You won't see much with a pressure gauge. I've never seen much back pressure on any rig I've tested. Truck, genset, whatever.

I will be putting down a new kitchen floor this week, but nothing serious like mold removal. Don't forget to wear your resperator when working around mold.

This weekend I'm remodeling the kitchen in the house we just bought. I thought 'max backpressure' meant something else!

Well, right or wrong, the most I could get was 3-4 LBS at 4100 RPM.

The bathroom is still unfinish with the doc saying no ladders for 3 weeks due to a sprain knee.  Looks like I will be doing the glass pack thing this weekend.
