'05 CRD 99,315 miles on the clock, it was due. Bought the timing belt kit from ID Parts a few months ago and made the cam pins and a spanner to hold the cam gears. All went smooth. Original water pump looked good, no play anywhere and no leaks. All idler bearings and tensioner bearing in good shape but all replaced. Also flushed the cooling system and installed new coolant. Good for another 100K! |

Well done. I recommend that you burp the radiator daily for a while using the valve at the top of the radiator. I got air out everyday for a week after I did my flush. |
