I posted this up in the KJ subsection but I am wondering if this is a CRD specific issue. Any insight?

So I recently installed the factory mopar 7 pin harness into my Jeep and seem to be missing some signals on some of the pins. I have EVIC so I was under the impression that I just needed to install the rear harness that plugs in behind the passenger side trim in the cargo area. I tested using a voltmeter and verified that am getting turn signal/brake lights and reverse lights but do not seems to be getting 12V power or running lights(headlights were on). I don't get anything on the brake controller signal pin, but i dont have a brake controller so I assume this is correct anyways.

Any idea's as to why i don't have running lights or the 12V main power? Is there a fuse that I need to install or something?

Thanks!

Thanks

Going against everything I have read on multiple forums, it does not appear that my EVIC's equipped Limited came with the supplemental harness. After double checking, there is no wire running back along the right side of the vehicle to the connector in the trunk. I am going to take another look tonight and just verify that the 4 pins that are added with the supplemental harness in the trunk are definitely not there.

I would be curious if it was not the moon roof or possibly the heated seats that cause the supplemental harness to be added without the tow package. My limited does not have either. Its is cloth seats and no moon roof.

I have the same issue, but I have a sport. I have pulled open the rear right cover, and found I'm not getting voltage to the relays in the area, so my problem is further ahead of there.
