I've read more than one thread on various forums about people finding out that the engine mounts are not tight from the factory on these CRDs. I do have a "thumping" from time to time that has always seemed odd to me and I suspect mine might be loose. Does anyone know what the engine mounts should be torqued to in ft./lbs.? |

40? That's all? Wow... I thought it would be a lot more than that to hold down a torquey diesel. OK thanks! |
