Well after really enjoying have the diesel jeep, Its just becoming a big joke. almost like my buddies 6.0 ford
We have decided to send it on down the road and go back to an explorer.
So my wife and I have decided to sell our
2006 Jeep Liberty CRD Limited.
its black, grey cloth interior, power driver seat, sun roof, good 80% firestone destination a/t tires, new brakes all around, has the eco gde tune, upgraded new style glow plugs (don't think there worth a crap) new craparola thermostat, I guess its ready for timing belt and what ever other crap you have to change. never had anything done to the trans other then oil and filter changes. She averages 25+ mpg running around and driving 17 miles to work. running on B11 red farm fuel. We use standyne fuel treatment in the bulk storage tank and in the tank fill ups when cold. Its never towed anything and we are the second owner.
It still books for around $10000 on Kelly blue book. But figured one of you guys might be interested in it.
Its located in East central Illinois, just south east of Champaign-urbana.
I think we would take $9000 for it. we are going Saturday to look at an explorer, wife want to see what they will give us on trade.
We do owe some money on it yet and will take us a few days to get the title but planning on paying it off and sending for the title first of next week.
Anyway, as cool as it is to have 2 diesel truck, a diesel semi, and all my farm tractors diesel along with the wifes car diesel, its just not working out.
ready to go back buying gas.
If anybody is interested email me at
shawn7240@yahoo.com at I'll give you my number to call so we can talk, I would hold it for a while if needed for logistic and money.
Thanks and hope to hear from several of you wanting this jeep!
