Do you have any OBDII codes?

Could still be air in the filter head or a cam sensor or a crank sensor.

Is the ASD relay energizing?
Try swap out the ASD relay with one next to it.

no OBD codes ASD relay is ok have another crd here too compared pids and found the fuel pressure regulator on the crd that runs has 1.52 voltage and the one that isn't running has 0.52 voltage as stated above its getting barely any fuel pressure and was wondering if there are any common problems before I start looking into a injector pump

My starting problems were caused by a leaky injector that prevented the rail from reaching a high enough pressure to open the injectors. Hard to find since it was an intermittent problem when warmed up. Found by swapping a new injector until
the problem went away. No codes thrown during the issues.

I had a bad injector which prevented starting under certain conditions (generally when the engine was hot) as well. The FSM has a method to test them, which would probably be better for you to do than simply swapping out injectors from another CRD. Keep in mind that the specific injector numbers are coded in your PCM (ECU), and while your engine may run with the "wrong" injectors, it will not run properly.

The FSM procedures to test the injectors call for a special tool, but you can just use clear plastic tube of the same diameter ... works just fine.

I also have an intermittent starting issue caused by a bad pin connection from my cam shaft position sensor to the PCM. When it happens, I just jiggle the wire in harness near the PCM a bit and she fires right up. You might as well give that a shot, since its free.
