Has anyone experienced the same problem and how did you overcome fixing it back on to the glass? thought about using a 1001 bond but not sure if that will allow the heater element to work as it may act as a film between the element and connector? Regards from across the pond |

In theory you can solder it back on but that does carry a glass breakage risk. Google "electrically conductive epoxy" which should do the trick although some careful surface pre-prep may be in order. That epoxy should be available at an auto parts store. |

Thank you for the advice PI Looked at the conductable bonding on line and it seems to be the answer No way an I paying $499 for a new one!! |
