AUTEL MS310 or AUTEL AL301

Hi guys,
I screwed up my device (which is an AUTEL MS310, but is the same as the AL301) and I was wondering if any of you has the software which came with the device, so I can try to restore it to factory settings. Thank you!

Can this code reader read codes our our jeeps? As i have had a hard time finding something for less than 100 bucks that can read our diesel liberty.
