Hi guys just curious mechanic pulled radiator out for a clean and found it full of a hell substance said he had never seen anything like it has anybody had the same experience it's a crd 2.8 diesel trying to put a photo up but haven't worked it out yet looks like hair gel that thick but pink

Sounds like what some have experienced when mixing DexCool with any other coolant.

Yup... sounds like someone mixed coolants. Use the recommended G-05 coolants ONLY. DO NOT MIX.

Yep. ^^

When I bought mine last May I had the radiator flushed. The guy was pulling crap out of there that looked like cottage cheese. Apparently the previous owner got a little confused about what to use.

Yes, that is what Dexcool will do to these engines.

Zerex G05 HOAT coolant only.

You MIGHT be able to flush it, you will probably have to replace it.
