Well, I am obviously biased, but I have just the thing for you...
My
Intake Elbow Kit includes the following:
- Intake manifold adapter (6061 aluminum)
- Intake elbow, 2.5" (6061 aluminum)
- High-pressure, high-temp, reinforced silicon coupler
- T-bolt hose clamps, stainless steel (2)
- EGR valve block-off plate (6061 aluminum)
- Stud kit (4x 50mm studs, 4x vibration resistent nuts) to replace factory bolts (not pictured)
- L-Bracket and hardware to secure vacuum line (not pictured)
- New Mopar gasket
- Step-by-step installation instructions with annotated photos (not pictured)
This completely disables the EGR system (no more soot in the engine), but leaves the EGR valve, EGR cooler and exhaust-side EGR tube IN PLACE for easy reversal (if you sell the vehicle or need to pass an emissions test).
If you want to fully remove the EGR valve, EGR cooler/plumbing and exhaust-side EGR tube you will also need:
- 5/8" hose coupler and clamps
- M12x1.5 plug
- Custom exhaust manifold v-band block-off solution
