I got a reply from Amsoil about using their Antifreeze http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/ant.aspx in the CRD.

Here is the question I posted to Amsoil:
"I have a customer with an 06 Jeep Liberty CRD (Diesel) and I need to know if the Amsoil Antifreeze meets the requirements for Anti Cylinder Wall Cavitation in a diesel engine. Thank you, ~ryan"

Thank you, ~ryan" HTH ~ryan Yep, that is what I am going to switch over to after I do my flush. I know it's an 06 but, I want it to last.

After the initial break in period (approx 6500 miles from what most people say), I'll do a complete Amsoil Conversion to it. Bypass oil filter, 5w-40 oil, ATF, severe service gear lube, and coolant. I'll also install a provent and upgrade the exhaust system. I want my CRD to last as long as possible. If it goes 10 years & 350K miles I'll be very happy. ~ryan
