 Post subject: About temperature sensor.

Hello so I'm planning to replace thermostat and temperature sensor.
But idk where temperature sensor is located can somebody post img or something. Its European version.

It's either on the thermostat housing or screwed into the side of the head.

It may be on side of head at location 34 as shown on this parts diagram?
Not sure about Euro versions???

I would leave the temp sensor as is unless it has failed. They either work or total failure.
Years ago I had one fail on a XJ diesel (VM425), could not get a replacement so i cut the sensor open & replaced the thermistor. 100k miles later & its still fine.
The thermistor in most temp sensors is a very common one, cost $1 at an electronics store.

I got sensor and thermostat for free so I will replace them both. I found them and thx for help.
