P0299 - under boost
P1250 - vacuum solenoid open circuit (according to my scantool).

Thought to post as the second code is not referenced in this forum. It seems that the vacuum solenoid has indeed died; it's getting 12V power, but there is no routing of suction (top connection) to outlet (center connection), instead the outlet is always connected to lower vent. Routing doesn't change regardless of whether its plugged in or not. Terminals read around 10K resitance with multimeter.

I was able to temporarily bypass solenoid by moving tubing, and am going off to find out how overpriced these things are.... part number is 4606226AC
