I think they are too short, they are like a cylinder and their purpose is not to lift but to compensate sagging. I bet if you can find a bushing that's thick enough, they would work.

They would definitely limit your offroad flexing of the rear suspension and the stopper needs to be removed to clear enough space for the airlift. I wonder if you leave the upper stopper mounted, if that would give you enough space to mount the airbag in... Not sure also how OME lift is for the rear, you get a longer spring? If yes, it may work with some mods. Just FYI, airlift recommends no less than 5 psi in the airbags, which would hold the axle from fully compress. I'd recommend you go with some air shocks or Hydro, but that's expensive stuff...
