Hey guys, Is there a heavier spring for our crd's that doesn't provide any lift? |

Not that I know of, but airbags are available that replace the rear bump stops and can be fine tuned with pressure adjjstments. DOC |

I second doc, get some airlift bags or Firestone, airlift is made in USA and both cost about the same, 70-80 bucks, also very easy to install, less than couple hours. |

Any idea if the Firestone or Air Lift bags will work with an OME lift or are they too short? |

I think they are too short, they are like a cylinder and their purpose is not to lift but to compensate sagging. I bet if you can find a bushing that's thick enough, they would work. Below is a pic with my airlift installed on stock suspension : ![]() ![]() They would definitely limit your offroad flexing of the rear suspension and the stopper needs to be removed to clear enough space for the airlift. I wonder if you leave the upper stopper mounted, if that would give you enough space to mount the airbag in... Not sure also how OME lift is for the rear, you get a longer spring? If yes, it may work with some mods. Just FYI, airlift recommends no less than 5 psi in the airbags, which would hold the axle from fully compress. I'd recommend you go with some air shocks or Hydro, but that's expensive stuff... |
