DTCs will not show; I downloaded Torque Pro because it seamed like it worked for people on here; one of my handheld scanners worked once but never again. I can pull the MAP and MAF connectors, scan it, no codes. I called the dealership and asked about Emissions Recall 31; they said nothing eligible for my VIN. They said they would run diagnostics at their hourly rate; sounds like a waste of money. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Will the GDE tune fix this issue and/or cause problems? I believe the vehicle had the Recall 37 done in 2008. This is REALLY annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Make sure that you setup a vehicle profile within torque pro and that it is set to use OBD2 protocol ISO 9141-2. If I try to let mine automatically figure it out it defaults to some random protocol and only shows me RPM's |
