Post subject:  Need help with injectors !!

one of my injectors went bad, my jeep was running on 3 cylinders and was giving a code for injector #2. I unplugged it ( what makes no difference ) and I can make a DEL blink on the connector. so I conclued the injector is no good. so I dicided to get them all for service!!

the real problem begin when an idiot (ME) remove the selenoid to take the injectors out with a puller.....

the bosch service shop don't wanna service them because they have loose selenoid and recommend changing. 496$ each with cores for reman..... :dizzy:

so finnaly I found 4 injectors for sale on kijiji, and bought them for 400$. two of em had damage on the nozzle so I swap em with my old ones, clean the nozzle in the sonic cleaner and putted them in a clean head with new seal and washers...

now it won't start , I think I got all the air out by cracking the #4 injector line. in the begining of the process I had a code for a large fuel leak and now its not coming back after deleting it.

so now I'm a bit LOST....

what should I try before taking em out again for service ( .....flush and test for 200$ )

this is my first diesel , any suggestion will be appreciate !! :)

Not uncommon cause for no start after servicing the injectors is mixing the #4 injector power plug with an adjacent and identical power plug to one of the fuel rail sensors. Check to confirm #4 injector is properly plugged in.

ok I just check all my connections and still no start.

having a connector connected to the wrong place probably trigger a code too I guess?
