Looking to get my hands on a '05-'06 intercooler for prototyping.

End-tanks and mounting points must be fully in-tact, but a (slightly) damaged or pinhole(s) in the core might be fine.

Well, if I can get my hands on a used one, I plan to design a better one. Factory fitment, all-aluminum construction (including end tanks), high-flow core, etc.

Yes, it will be for sale. (No idea on price at this stage.)

Plastic end tanks are just the worst! :banghead:

I think that would be awesome, exactly what I'm looking for right now actually. I'd hate to spend 500bucks on a new intercooler only to have it split as well. I had the same issue on my Subaru. Intercooler splits right at the pinch seam between the plastic end tanks and the aluminum core. So I bought a process west and never looked back.

Those Process Wests are nice. What subaru do you have, LGT or WRX?

They are very nice, but quite $$$. They also have awful customer support lol. Darn Aussies. But to answer your question LGT.
