Hey guys,

I've been tracing a bearing squeal for a while and I finally found the source couple months ago. It's the fuel pump. Every other bearing is new, and I also listened it with the mechanical stethoscope (the closes proximity on fuel pump closed to the pump pulley).

The question is, how hard is to replace it and if anybody has a part number? Did anybody have a similar issue? Don't remember reading anything regarding this topic...

Thanks a lot!

I've got nothing to help. Are you talking about the injection pump?

Yes, injection pump. I'm thinking to buy one, then once the old is out from the jeep, thinker about that troublesome bearing...

You guys have a good source?

For a pump or bearing? If bearing look up BDI, there main hub is by you. Just take the bearing to them.
