I suspect others know about this trick too, but thought I'd post it anyways. The front wheel hubs on the Liberty (which are of a sealed design) can be greased by removing the ABS sensor and using a grease gun with a rubber-tipped adaptor that is pressed against the hole, thus sealing it enough for grease to be pushed down into the bearings. I've done this for years on my Liberty and my '03 Dodge Ram 2500 which has front hubs of a similar design. The only caution I'd offer is to be careful to not over-grease them and push out the rear grease seal.

Yep. Been doing it for 7 years and 112,000 miles on the CRD and 11 years and 144,000 miles on the Dodge.

Yes works great! I have been doing this as well. The only snag is sometimes the sensor snaps off when removing it for the first time.

I tried one of those like posted in the link above, but it didn't seal against the hole too well. I then bought a Kobalt "inflation kit" at Lowes (item #179681) and drilled/tapped a small brass plumbing adaptor I had laying around to make the rubber-tipped tool from the kit fit it. I screwed this to the end of my grease gun hose, and it works perfectly.
