I have this code that popped up on my liberty. The electronic control throttle light comes on and starts flashing. Lights like dash and headlights flicker somtimes.

What's the exact code you get? Lights flickering would make me guess alternator and/or battery issue.

The 2005/6 CRDs have the voltage regulator built inside the alternator so the only way I can see a High Voltage code is if the regulator inside the alternator is bad or the rest of the alternator is bad.....or the ECM is confused and is misreading the voltage
