Thanks gmctd.
Willl check those figures against mine. Cannot get the baro reading from ECM with my scan tool at present. What tool are you using ?

Key on Key on Key on
Eng. off Eng. idle Eng. 2000rpm

MAP 118kPa 117kPa 135kPa
17.1 psi 17.1 psi 19.6 psi
MAF 2.36 19.3 55
Intake air temp 26*C 26*C 30*C
Inlet air press 3.53V
Have not back probed MAF or Boost sensor for signal voltage yet. Will do at next opportunity.
Thanks for the figures
John

Hi mass-hole
Looks like we are getting right to the heart of the beast. Interesting but very tricky. I suppose all the info on the codes and their use are locked up by some higher authority like Chrysler.
Thanks
John

Doesn't the GDE tune disable that little sensor? If so can't be that important.

I'm using the DRBIII on my '05 - the '06 KJ requires the STARSCAN - the difference is DCJ neglected to include the '05 model year in the STARSCAN index for vehicle selection

Will do a little more research on the GDE tune in relation to the sensor.

I'm pretty sure it is, some guys were removing maf sensor, pressure sensor, even the air box, and place a high flow air filter directly into the turbo inlet tube. But only after the GDE tune, and no check engine light.

This sensor is only there to detect restricted air cleaner as far as I can work out. Would not be missed if the circuit could be eliminated without triggering the check engine light.
