if i was you, just unplug one at a time, and when you get the right one the lights will go out
if you need more info just ask

Oil pressure sensor is the culprit. Unplugged the sensor and all lights extinguished except oil pressure light as expected. Appreciate all of the help.

Hi GMCTD,

I took the battery tray off today but nothing underneath but there is a module on the side between the battery and the chassis. I tried to put a picture with this post but I can't . I didn' t disconnect it as it doesn't look altered by any mud or water as it is well protected.

Is there a way I can post the picture of that module on here?

The fcm is closer to the engine. Look towards the front under the hose right next to the engine and right behind the headlight. It is silver in color and a little bit bigger than a deck of cards. The one that is the size of a small book on the side of the engine bay next to the battery is the ecm. Hopefully that helps.

Also it is on a L bracket so it is sitting straight up and down.

Thanks JDaPP,

Yes your description is spot on !

Good job I didn't disconnect the wrong module then. I am back at work today so I won't have the chance to look at it again until next Tuesday morning. I'll keep you posted.

Yep, my bad - the FCM is directly beneath the Power-Center\Fuse Box, rather than beneath the battery tray - however, being in that area below the battery it is subjected to battery-acid overages as well as weather-related splatters\splashes, etc, which usually results in intermittent connections and deterioration of module hermetic integrity

I had to remove the central fuse/ relay box to be able to remove the battery tray and There is nothing under thst fuse box. I wonder if mine being a UK RHD is a bit different to yours US LHD?

Some LHD\RHD differences have been noted in the past, and the FSM does indicate some relocation of modules'n'such in the COMPONENT LOCATION section 8 - lemme see if I can find a pic to post

Module has two connector positions but only one harness connector is used

Sorry for leaving you with no news guys about my FCM problem. I went to Wales off-roading the weekend of 15th Nov with my KJ and I broke my Left hand side CV. The actual CV shaft broke inside the Diff and cracked the Aluminuim housing.

So the PCM has been put on the back burner for now. I bought a second hand front Diff from a breakers and a brand new CV 1/2 shaft and repaired last weekend.

All should be ok but when I turn right I hear some clunk sounds. I've got the feeling that comes from the suspension so I lifted the Jeep and removed both front wheels and checked but I can't find anything.

Any ideas guys?

I put one (gateway module) on mine recently that I got online, and didn't have it flashed by the dealer and seems to be doing just fine.
