My antifreeze keeps getting low in my reservoir. Temp light will go on but temp gauge doesn't get out of normal range. I have to top it off twice a day. If I look from underneath I see that it has leaked down to the flex pipe area and seems to be wet around the turbo area.I loose a gallon a day, no leaks from the reservoir. Any suggestions? Thanks

Does the overflow bottle partition (right side) have fluid in it as well? Could be leaking out the overflow hole near firewall?

Is there fluid in the overflow? Mine used to leak all over the exhaust pipe area when my head gasket was leaking.

The factory clamp on the engine side of my lower radiator hose was leaking pretty good in that area. Replaced with a constant pressure clamp like we have on the heavy diesels at work. No more leaky.

Did notice oil on the oil cooler, around the bottom of turbo. Also antifreeze steaming around the flex exhusted pipe. ( its hard to see where the coolant is coming from) it almost seems its coming from the flex pipe

It's probably leaking from a compromised part of the return line. Check the line that runs to the bottom of the tank as well while you are in there. I replaced all of my radiator hoses when I did my top end work at 112k and they were all compromised in one way or another, especially after removal. Cracks, tears, weeping. The OEM hoses aren't meant to last 8+ years under those conditions. I guess I can only speak for mine, they definitely weren't aging well.
