Alright, I'm back to getting a limp mode after all the work I've done. Need a few suggestions to try and solve the problem. So the Problem: Every once in a while when you first go in to Drive it will rev up for a second or two and then goes to limp/no power mode. This has happened to me mostly after it is warmed up and has happened from neutral to drive as well. Gas pedal is not touched when this happens Also just to rule some things out. I've had the tranny rebuilt with an upgraded TC and transgo, Turbo has also been rebuilt and I've taken back and the turbo checks out as working correctly. Rig has GDE EcoTune, egr delete. Boost is normal no leaks, posi flow added and quick disconnects deleted. Map, boost sensors have all been replaced recently as well. I'm leaning on possibly the timing belt is off a tooth and could be advancing when I put it in drive, is this a plausible culprit? I've noticed that when it is cold the idle jumps up and down a 100-200 rpms that and the loss of power is making me question my Timing Belt job. Is there anything else that you guys may know that would cause a rev and limp/no power? |

Maybe the crank sensor???? They can act up during the cold to heating transition and may or may not trip a DTC... |

Any stored fault codes? Best to check as some codes do not turn on a CEL. |

No codes, I had it taken to my mechanic and he was unable to find any codes in the system. Injection system also checked for pressure and was correct |
