Do you refer to the Clevis bushing (the one bushing that is securing the lower arm control to the shock and spring assembly through the "fork"/clevis)? If so, that's a standard replacing, it requires a press to remove it and put a new one back. As long as you won't remove the lower arm control you won't need alignments. Just fyi, if it's only a bit deformed on the lower part but doesn't have play or it's not cracked, you don't need to replace it as the new one will also look like that after few miles.
As about removing the spring assembly, I don't know if you have enough space to put a press/extractor in there without removing either the spring assembly or the lower arm.
