well we got our CRD Fri. night.
so far I love it. I'm used to driving my dodge 2500 cummins around and this is so nice and easy to get around in. my 16 y/o daughter drove up north with her mom on sun about 250mi round trip and everything went great. today I hooked up out 2 horse trailer with ten 100lbs bales of hay and drove around just to see how it handled. I was impressed! great acceleration and good braking. I like the body style but then again I also have an 87 dodge raider that I love. that little guy is in Oregon at school with one of my boy's. the vehicles are very similar in driving except power wise. I was checking out things under the hood and everything looks so simple. It's nice to see the fuel filter so reachable. much easier than my dodge trucks.
anyway great site.

Welcome, Mark.

One thing I'd do, if I were you, is monitor closely the intercooler end of the hose from the turbo to the intercooler, and if you start seeing oil there, get an industrial strength gas/liquid separator on on the CCV hose pronto, as it appears the factory CCV is inadequate, and some fool engineer put sensors in the manifold that are killed by ANY amount of ANY liquid, according to DC. Oil from the CCV killed mine, cost big bucks, and DC is so far refusing to cover under warranty.

Enjoy a great ride in your new CRD, and have fun.
