Need some help figuring out if my transmission is in limp mode or has some separate issues going on. Backstory on the Jeep is i've had it 2 weeks, bought it off the original owners with a list of issues. Its completely stock, even had the engine cover on when i got it and it didn't look like it'd ever been off. So far the only "mod" i've done is unhooked the MAF sensor to disable the EGR. Current codes it has are P0102(from the MAF), P1140(i've checked, FCV is stuck open), and P0069. My scanner is showing the current MAP reading at idle is 33.2in/hg, which is 16.3psi. I've cleaned the MAP sensor but no change, i had ordered a new one last week but apparently USPS lost it as its taken 6+ days to make a 2 hour trip, and still no signs of it.

Anyways the issue is its low on power obviously, but the transmission isn't right. It feels like its really holding out the shifts, which i think is just from the lack of power/more throttle input to go through the gears. But the big issue is if i give me more than about 1/2 throttle it feels like the torque converter unlocks, runs up to 3k RPM's and speed slowly drops. Back off the throttle and goes back to normal. Thoughts?
