I recently replaced the front rotors and breaks for a brief period worked superb. Now as i coast to a stop there is a clunking noise from front end and it seems some one is pulsating the breaks. If i use them sudden from 60 MPH they work ok but clunking returns as i coast to stop light at 10 MPH or so. Any pointer what might be causing this.

I got that once by trying to leave the retainers/clips out. Maybe yours are in but not overlapped properly? It lets the pad jump around

also had on my wife's mini van, bought with 35k on it and had exactly what you describe, was missing a clip on the pad.

It was the back cover of the break pads they came off and were moving inside the housing.Got a new set of pads and it breaks much smoother. Another issue came up upper control arms lost all lubrication the rubber seals are cracking up and one tire is hitting the top side of arm.
