The lower ball joints, timken wheel bearings and check the front drive shaft. Typically the rubber boot breaks and slings grease along the bottom of the jeep and then the cv joint goes. Also both cv axles. Also check outer tie rods. I'm prolly missing something

How wide are your tires?
Why are they rubbing the upper control arm?
I have 245-75-16 tires and when I had them put on they rubbed everywhere but not upper control arm. A little bit of lift and a lot of plastic trimming fixed the rubbing.

I dont know, just inspect the all the parts and replace what's worn out.
Front lower ball joints are known to wear out and fail prematurely. Replace them with Moog heavy duty greaseable ones.

What should be replaced? Only the bad parts. Low pitched growling sounds like a wheel bearing. You don't mention if stock wheels and tire size or if they've been changed. Any sort of lift?
