Post subject:  Check Engine Light 1267
I have all my CEL codes fixed with the exception of 1267. From all I can find out this code is a generic code. Other forums say the 1267 is glow plug related.

I did the ECU update myself and 6 of the 8 codes are gone :SOMBRERO: I am very please with the DIY ECU flash. Time very spent IMO.

P1267 - glow plug #4 control circuit low
• Glow control circuit low indicates a possible problem with the control relay, there by the ECM - R&R the connector to burnish the contacts, also inspecting for oxidation\corrosion.

Thanks WW,

I had the alternator and Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) lights come on today.
I'll trace out the relay tomorrow. Clean the contacts and report my findings.

WWDiesel,

I cleaned the relay. I took a dental pick and scraped the connectors. No change. The CEL is still on. Guessing the relay may be bad?
