How many of you guys have had a front left or right hand cv joint failure?
I pulled my driver side thinking it was bad. Now that it's out it feels find.

Yep they can fail. I have replaced a few in the miles i have driven

2002 KJ Limited 3.7, 5.25" lift via coilovers, custom HD rear springs, 32.2" tires on moabs (soon 33s) 4.56/JBA diff, OX lockers front/rear, NP241OR, Parker Fab front/rear bumpers, rock rails and roof rack, Viair OBA.

2006 KJ sport 3.7, 4" Ironman lift, 32" tires, Parker Fab front/rear bumpers and rock rails.

I finally installed my JBA upper control arms and MOOG lower ball joints and OME struts. The rear U-joint closest to the rear end was all buy gone too.

Replacing these items made a HUGE difference. I had replaced the rear shock with OME and the "wish-bone" was totally worn out too.

Money well spent X 1000
