Computer showes 43 mpg so far I looked at an Eco(gas) model a few years back and they had way more room than you would ever guess looking from the outside. The trunk is huge. |

Yeah, I was looking at a Cruze at a dealership that didn't have any of the diesels laying around. You aren't kidding, GM has really done a lot at making the interiors of their vehicles huge. I was certainly impressed with the size and comfort of the interior and the trunk looked like it could hold a huge amount of gear. |

You guys should take a look at the ram Eco diesel. I think it's a very nice truck, and gde also has a tune for it. Edit: the cheapest Eco diesel comes at about 32-ish k, maybe a bit more than a crude (edit: cruze) or tdi, but still cheap for a truck |

They can knock out 15-20% off of msrp without question. If you're a good negociator you can score even a better deal. But keep in mind it's still a vm engine. Parts and consumables are scarce and very expensive. |

No more Mopar for me - Chrysler has completely abandoned the support side for their products, and the "dealer training" makes me think that even if they hadn't abandoned the CRD entirely... It would have been a giant clusterfuck anyway. Oh wait... Anyone that goes to a dealership IS fuxxed pretty good... Or "Rogered" for our Canadian brothers. |
