Can anyone confirm if I have updated flow plugs or not? I have module Bosch 0281003034 under the hood. Weirdly it isn't screwed to anything, it is simply flopping around. I see that the new module has this number stamped on it. Does this mean the old module had a different number? I'm trying to decide if I need to order new glow plugs, or if I already have metal 5V's. |

The best way to check what glow plug you have is to unscrew one of the glow plug and read the voltage off os the rim. #4 glow plug is the easiest to get to. |

The original OEM glow Plugs had a white colored ring located just before the connector end. The new OEM glow plugs have a Red ring. Not sure what the ring is made of.....nylon maybe, but it can easily be seen once you remove the connector from the easist one to reach. |
