While driving it will randomly lose "power" after stopping (at a red light or traffic turning ect), I go to accelerate and the rpms come up but it barely moves, and within a little bit it just comes out of it (usually after stopping again or off throttle for long enough/cruising). TC was change by the dealership I bought I from earlier this year and I did ORM as it was having common issues. Most of the time it drives fine just randomly does it, and not always, may one day but not the next and has never happened more than once in a day even on a longer drive. Transmission fluid looks good and is full as well.
Also it seems to have a hiccup or random rough idle like a little miss but only every so often while idling, starts and drives fine otherwise.
I searched for a bit but didn't find anything quite like mine.
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!!!

Air-in-fuel is a common problem that causes low engine power and drivability issues. Seeing as how this is your first post and you recently acquired this vehicle, I'm gonna guess that it still has its original fuel filter head with a burned up fuel heater inside.
Easy way to test is to unplug both wire connectors on the filter head and inspect for wetness and smell of diesel fuel.

The problem you have described sounds like it could be a transmission problem or a fuel system problem or both.

Transmission:
Check transmission fluid level. If it is at the full mark when cold, add another quart.
These transmissions seem to work better when over filled.

Fuel system:
You need to make sure that there is no air in the fuel lines. The fuel filter head has a hand plunger and a air bleed screw. Pump up the plunger, then open the bleed screw, then close the bleed screw. Repeat this process until you get a solid stream of fuel out the bleeder, no air.

There's a black hose that runs from your air filter box to the top of the turbo. Carefully take both of the clamps off of it, remove it gently, and thoroughly examine the entire thing, looking for cracks and holes.

Changed the fuel filter and bled the system out, much better, not 100% but close. I'll look at the hose and see what condition it's in. Thanks!
