Hello to all CRD fans! I have been reading this forum for a few months as it has helped me a ton. However, this is my first post and I need some help. I am looking to buy some front axle differential mounts. I can only find them at the dealer so far at a hefty cost. Does anybody have some they would part with?? I have a 2005 Liberty CRD Limited 4x4 edition. Thanks for your time!

Thats not a common part for replacement.
I doubt anyone has spares lying around.
You may want to get some from a junk yard or ask this question in the KJ 4x4 section and see who replies.

Perhaps I'm dense but what do you mean by "front axle differential mounts"? PN or pictures would be helpful.

Are they different than what is on the standard KJ though because they slid the diff over towards the passenger wheel?

I was wondering why mine are blown out at 148k miles too! Anyway here is a picture of the brackets with the rubber isolators inside the mounts. Should be part numbers 52059475AD and 52059472AC.

If they match the parts I just posted, how much would you take for all three? Are they new or used?

I think I know of two of us that have them (Illinois and Idaho). Where are you located? Might as well get them with cheap shipping :JEEPIN:

no problem, you should ask jws84_02 as he's a lot closer and he's parting one out. Let me know if you strike out and I'll dig around to see how good of condition mine are in.

Yep, I have those pieces. But I'm not sure of their condition. I'll check when I get home

Go to Napa and get new. Replace the old ones if you get spare brackets from previous posts. Easy peasy and not worth the work for using old ones. Bushings can't be more than 10-20 a piece.

Part Numbers are universal! :D
Front Differential mounting Part Numbers for gassers (3.7) are different than diesels.
The front cradle on the CRD sets a little bit lower than the gassers do and so does the differential along with it setting a little bit more to the left side of the vehicle than a gasser...
The differential is mounted further to the driver’s side on the CRD and the axle shafts on a CRD are different lengths to compensate for this.

Therefore, the part numbers are different in this area for gassers as opposed to diesel Jeeps, so do not get them confused!

Huh, i cant find any of this parts in my country...
Mine is 2.8 CRD 2006.

I have issues while i start to go, and in turns. I feel crack/kick noise, but its not CV joint...so my mechanic find some "space" on this spots:

There is space left and right, i mean they r moving... But i cant find Bushings for that parts...

I've got a 'clunk' up front while driving down the road, each time the steering passes from left to right through the centerline, and again when passing from right to left through the centerline.

I had the JBA upper control arms, springs and shocks replaced last winter, and rechecked all the bolts/fasteners for torque last week. They all checked out, so I'm trying to run through my options.

Those two bushings up front move left/right about a half inch when I put a pair of channellocks on 'em and squeeze, so I'm thinking it's a place to start.

Are those bushings actually replaceable?

I put the bracket number and 'bushing' into the google search for each, and got an answer, but before I get my hopes up - has anyone gotten the bushings and done the replacement into the brackets?
